Cancellation Policy: If circumstances cause you to withdraw your commitment after signing this proposal, 20% ($200) plus any upfront direct costs already incurred for preparation, printing, or assessments will be charged, due within 15 days of the cancellation.

 

If circumstances cause you to postpone the training, MVNC may charge any upfront direct costs already incurred for preparation, printing, or assessments.  MVNC will then make every effort to work with you to reschedule the program according to your availability but within 180 days . If circumstances prevent you from being available to hold the training within those 180 days, this proposal is nullified, and 20% ($200) will be charged along with any unpaid upfront direct costs, due within 15 days.
