Your privacy is important to us. To protect the privacy of the visitors (“You”) to the Miami Valley Nonprofit Collaborative web site at www.mvnonprofitcollaborative.org, MVNC (“We/Us”) has developed this Privacy Policy explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. Your contact information is used to issue you a receipt and to keep you informed about the impact your support is making on Miami Valley nonprofits. This information is never shared. You may opt out of future contact at any time or request your gift remain anonymous by emailing info@mvnonprofitcollaborative.org. 

 

Information collected to receive our communications is collected and secured by our contact database provider MailChimp.  This information is never shared. You may opt out of future communications at any time by mailing info@mvnonprofitcollaborative.org, or by clicking the Unsubscribe From This List on a newsletter.  

 

Information collected as you register for our events is collected and secured by our registration provider Eventbrite. This information is never shared.

OUR COMMITMENT TO DATA SECURITY 

The security of your personal information is important to us. Firewalls, data encryption, and physical access controls at PayPal's data centers are utilized when transmitting sensitive information – such as credit card information submitted in order to make a donation. None of the personal data collected is stored directly in the pages. All donation information, including contact information and payment information required to process your donation, is secured via our payment processing service  PayPal.

 

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY 

We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes, we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement at our home page located at www.mvnonprofitcollaborative.org.
