MVNC’s premier multi-session program is back! The Core Excellence Series offers nonprofit leaders a chance to strengthen their organization’s foundation with six focused sessions covering the essential elements of professional nonprofit management.
Designed for executive directors, board members, and other leaders—whether new to the sector or seasoned professionals—this series provides practical tools, customizable templates, and actionable resources to help you lead more effectively.
Each session dives into a critical area: board structure, financial stability, strategic planning, marketing and messaging, and fundraising. A virtual session focused on BBB Accreditation is also included.
The program runs from September through December and is priced at just $60 per session or $300 for the full series.
