AES Ohio Professionals Explore Nonprofit Board Service Through MVNC OnSite Program

professionals recently had the chance to dive in during our “Are You Ready to Be a Nonprofit Board Member?” MVNC OnSite program, led by Nina Vasiliu and Jenny Warner.

Together, we explored the roles and responsibilities of board service, the many personal and professional rewards, and yes… a few of the challenges that come with serving your community in this meaningful way.

We even had a special visitor join us. A beautiful deer appeared just outside the window against a snowy backdrop on the stunning AES campus. A perfect reminder of the impact and connection that happens when we pause to learn and lead together.
