52 Higher Ed Leaders Complete SOCHE’s 2024-2025 Leadership Development Program

Over the past seven months, 52 incredible faculty, staff, and administrators from 15 colleges and universities participated in SOCHE’s Leadership Development Program — and they just crossed the finish line!

In partnership with Miami Valley Nonprofit Collaborative (MVNC) for the first time, this program delivered more than 25 hours of active, hands-on learning across 8 sessions. Participants walked away with practical tools, resources, and a fully developed leadership improvement plan tailored to their current roles in higher education.
